The service and its operator

Dundu is operated by Kashora LLC, 1209 MOUNTAIN ROAD PL NE, STE N, ALBUQUERQUE, NM 87110, United States. Contact: contact@dundu.app. These terms govern dundu.app and the Dundu application. The launch is intended for an international audience; available features depend on the service actually offered in your country and on your device.

Dundu lets adults create a profile, discover people, share posts and stories, and join available live streams. Free features remain accessible without buying diamonds. Premium is optional: only offers actually available in the store and presented in the app may be purchased, after your confirmation. Private chat, diamond purchases, paid gifts and withdrawals remain unavailable.

Dundu Premium on iOS

Premium lets you return to the previous profile in Dating mode when that mode is available. It does not grant a verification badge or unlock private chat. No dating benefit or reply from another member is guaranteed.

Reference US-store prices are USD 1.99 per month, USD 22.99 per year and USD 49.99 for the one-time “Lifetime” purchase. The applicable price, currency and period are those Apple shows in your store before confirmation; localized prices and taxes may differ. No free trial or promotional price is advertised unless actually offered.

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically under Apple’s displayed terms unless cancelled in your Apple account settings. “Lifetime” is a one-time non-consumable purchase, without automatic renewal or recurring billing: it provides the Premium benefit without an expiry of a purchase period while Dundu operates that feature. The name does not guarantee the service will exist forever and does not exempt you from account rules. Your mandatory rights remain protected.

Apple processes payment. Manage renewal in your Apple subscriptions. Refund requests may be made to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; Dundu does not guarantee the outcome. A confirmed refund may remove the corresponding entitlement.

“Restore purchases” checks existing entitlements without a new purchase. Use the same Apple account and original Dundu account; restoration does not allow sharing one purchase among Dundu accounts and does not automatically reactivate a closed account. For difficulties, contact contact@dundu.app without sending passwords or card details.

Closing a Dundu account removes access to the service. It does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription: manage renewal separately before or after your request. Immediate account deletion remains possible. “Lifetime” has no renewal to cancel. Uninstalling does not erase the account or obligations towards the store.

Accounts and adulthood

You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement. Give your real date of birth and accurate information. Do not create an account for a minor, lend your account or use another person’s identity. Keep your sign-in methods secure and report unauthorized access.

Religion is optional; no selection is needed to continue. Processing it for your profile and matching requires separate explicit consent, withdrawable from your profile. Preferred gender is also optional: using it for matching requires separate explicit consent, withdrawable from your profile. Without it, searching remains without a gender preference. Accepting these terms or reading the privacy policy is not consent to those processing activities. The privacy policy explains data use and your rights.

Respect and safety

Respect rejection, silence and blocking. Harassment, threats, hate, scams, impersonation, publishing private information without permission and exploitation are prohibited. Do not bypass technical restrictions or safety decisions. The community and child-protection rules are part of the service rules.

Only post content you are authorized to share, respecting the rights of people shown. Sexually explicit content, intimate images shared without consent and child sexual exploitation content, including synthetic content, are prohibited. These rules also apply to comments, messages and live streams.

Your content and live streams

You retain your content rights. You grant Kashora LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free authorization to host, technically reproduce and communicate that content to recipients of sharing features you use, only as needed to operate the service. This does not transfer ownership or authorize use of your image in an external advertising campaign without the required agreement. Residual technical copies follow the periods described in the privacy policy.

When you broadcast live, viewers can access your image and voice. Obtain necessary permissions for other people and works present. Viewers may make copies with their own tools; Dundu cannot guarantee that no recipient will record content.

Reports and decisions

Report profiles and content using their app options. If that route is unavailable for the item, write to contact@dundu.app with useful references, without circulating illegal content. People in immediate danger should contact local emergency services.

Rule-breaking content may be removed, and accounts restricted, suspended or closed depending on severity, repetition and context. You may ask for reasons or appeal a measure at the same contact. Some information may remain confidential to protect a person or investigation, or meet a legal obligation. No permanent response time or continuous moderation system is promised.

Closure and data

You may request closure in account options or at contact@dundu.app. Proportionate verification protects other people’s accounts. The deletion procedure explains timelines and residual copies. Uninstalling the app does not close your account.

For an account inactive for 12 months, a 30-day notice is made available in the app before closure. Activity during that notice stops closure. Retention periods, justified exceptions and provider cycles are described in the privacy policy.

Service limits and complaints

Dundu does not guarantee a meeting, a reply or the truthfulness of every member. A badge does not guarantee intentions or behaviour. Features may be interrupted for maintenance, errors or network problems; significant changes are presented in the service. Mandatory protections and liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded remain applicable.

Send complaints to contact@dundu.app. Mandatory laws, courts and remedies applicable to your situation remain protected; these terms impose no mandatory arbitration, collective waiver or deprivation of protections in your country of residence.
